Name Alvin                Posted  7/15/2022

Descriptiom:

Alvin was found on Mother's Day crying behind a chain link fence in a heavily wooded area. He was in very poor health.  He was taken to Vet Tina Merritt to see if he had a microchip; but no chip was found. To date no owner has been found and he has been kept indoors where his health has been restored. He is very calm and a very sweet cat. I was also told that he is approximately 10 months to 1 years old. His status of shots and neutering is unknown.  If you have questions or are interested in this kitty, please contact Carrie on 352-430-6339.

Name   Lucky                   Posted 4/20/2023

Description:

Lucky is a sweet boy who was recently trapped by our TNR team. He is approximately 5 years old and weighs 10 pounds.  He is not a feral kitty and in all probability was dumped off to live on the streets.  He is extremely loving and affectionate.  During his vet visit, Lucky tested positive for heartworm but we are reevaluating that test result.  Being positive for heartworm poses no risk to another cat or to a human.  If you would like to open your home (and your heart) to Lucky, please call Louise who is currently fostering Lucky. Her phone number is 443-534-0608.

Name:  Vinny                         Posted  4/25/2023

Description:

Vinny is a sweet black & white cat around the age of 10-12. His last vet appointment went great and he is neutered. He needs a quiet home with no other animals (or maybe an older cat companion). He loves having someone around, being brushed, and staring out the window. Vincent is litter box trained, does not claw furniture and has never been aggressive. If you are interested in Vinny, please call Kathryn on 352.753.2270.

Name:  Bert & Tamba                      Posted  5/26/2023

Description:

Bert and Tamba are eight-year-old brothers that should be adopted together They can be shy at first but warm up and quickly become lap cats who love having their bellies and chins scratched. They have always lived together and are indoor-only cats. They have never been around dogs or other cats. They are neutered but otherwise have not had to visit the vet. A new baby in the family is allergic to them so they need a new home. Please call Sean at 386-846-1954 if you would like to meet them. (They live in Lake Weir).
